Very informative and you’ve given some great advice. I tend to struggle with winter blues, so not quite to the extent of SAD but man, I gotta stay proactive on it to keep it from progressing for ure.

Living in SoCal I have not had these problems before, though I know people who live in cold places like Washington experience this more.
