By the time I had left the rat race, I had gained 80 lbs and I wasn’t eating much differently then when I had started a decade prior. My husband and I decided for the sake of our sanity and relationship we would jump ship together. Now we travel full-time. It has taken a lot to get to this point and we still have a long way to go. The point is, today’s society can be way more demanding then the body was ever meant to handle. I love this article and it discusses a lot of what we went through! Thank you for sharing.
