Very informative post! I think it’s important for people to do their own research to know what is and is not good for them, instead of listening to the FDA. Their opinions obviously cannot be fully trusted.

This was really interesting! I’ll have to look more into it! My dad does most of the cooking but I don’t think he uses soybean oil.
