  • These crusty rolls from Against the Grain are the perfect size for an individual serving. Just take one out of the freezer and defrost for about 40 seconds in the microwave, slit open with a knife and pop in the toaster. Then spread with butter and season with garlic powder. There you go: Quick Garlic Bread and best of all, it's gluten free!
  • Serving suggestions: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip in your favorite gluten free marinara sauce (homemade recipe or we like Muir Glen or fill with your favorite gluten free sandwich meat (The combination of Boar's Head Roast Beef in this garlic bread roll is just delicious)
