Ingredients

  • 10 ounces kale coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ cup homemade gluten free chicken broth
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over a medium high heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until soft but not brown.
  • Add broth and kale. Toss, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then remove cover and simmer, about 5 more minutes. Season with salt as desired.
