  • These crusty rolls from Against the Grain are the perfect size for an individual serving.
    Just take one out of the freezer and defrost for about 30 seconds in the microwave, slit open with a knife and pop in the toaster.
    Then spread with butter, season with garlic powder, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Tip: If you share your kitchen with folks who eat bread that contains gluten, it’s a good idea to have a toaster that’s designated as a gluten free toaster.
  • This recipe is my quick garlic bread method. Alternatively, when I have more time and want more servings I make a whole baguette defrosted and spread with butter and fresh garlic cloves. Then wrap it in foil and bake in the oven at 350℉ for about 10 minutes.
  • Serving suggestions: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip in your favorite gluten free marinara sauce (homemade recipe or we like Muir Glen) or fill with your favorite gluten free sandwich meat.
