Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds thin-sliced chicken cut into strips
  • 3 green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken strips, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasonings. Stir over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
