Gluten Free Quick Chicken and Peppers
Delicious and quick chicken and peppers is ready in 10 minutes.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 pounds thin-sliced chicken cut into strips
- 3 green bell peppers sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken strips, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasonings. Stir over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
