  • Place all ingredients into the super blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
    1 cup whole milk, 1 capsule probiotic, 1/3 cup organic french vanilla whole milk yogurt, 10 small strawberries, about 6 ounces, 3 ice cubes
  • If you have a Vitamix, set it to pre-programmed Smoothie setting and start the machine. It will automatically shut off once the cycle is complete.
    If your blender doesn't have a pre-programmed setting, Select Variable 1.Turn the machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 1 minute.

1. Can I use a food processor to make this smoothie? Yes, if you don’t have a super blender, a food processor can be used to prepare this smoothie.
2. Can I use dairy-free alternatives for this smoothie? Absolutely! If dairy doesn't agree with you, you can replace dairy products with dairy-free versions of milk and yogurt. Just be sure that your choices are certified gluten free.
