Instructions
Place all ingredients into the super blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
1 cup whole milk, 1 capsule probiotic, 1/3 cup organic french vanilla whole milk yogurt, 10 small strawberries, about 6 ounces, 3 ice cubes
If you have a Vitamix, set it to pre-programmed Smoothie setting and start the machine. It will automatically shut off once the cycle is complete. If your blender doesn't have a pre-programmed setting, Select Variable 1.Turn the machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 1 minute.
