Place salami slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to keep salami from sticking and make cleanup easier. Allow for space between the slices.
6 thin slices of salami
Bake for 5 minutes.
Then flip each slice over with a tongs and bake for another 4-5 minutes.Since ovens vary, monitor the salami closely to prevent burning.
Once they're golden-browned around the edges, place the slices on a paper towel-lined plate and let them cool for 10 minutes. While they might remain quite pliable when taken out of the pan, they'll become crisp as they continue to cool.
