Notes
As you can see, I love the taste of this pizza shell. If you can't find it in the frozen aisle of your grocery store, you might like Udi's crispy thin crust which I also reviewed here. Or if you have another favorite pie shell, go with it. I'd love to know which ones you like. I always appreciate your suggestions.
Today, I topped my cheese pizza with pepperoni. Sometimes I like to top mine with saucy meat, sausage, or mushrooms. What are your favorite toppings? Make it your own.
For a crispy crust, bake directly on rack or on pizza stone.
To store leftover pizza, let it cool, then place it in an airtight container. For the best reheating, use an oven or skillet to crisp the crust, or microwave with a cup of water to keep it from drying out.
