1 cup water, 2 leaves lacinto kale, 1 handful of spinach, 1 handful of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 2 medium carrots, 1 stalk of celery, 1/2 of a beet, 1/2 of a cucumber, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 3 ice cubes
Set the Vitamix to pre-programmed Smoothie setting and start the machine. It will automatically shut off once the cycle is complete.
Pour a portion into an 8 ounce glass, top with a dash of cayenne pepper, and stir.Yields 24 ounces
