Brown ground beef with garlic in a skillet. Then drain the fat. Add water.and spices. Cook until all the flavors have blended together. Finally, splash with vinegar and stir.
1 pound ground beef, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tablespoon oregano, 1/2 tablespoon paprika, 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander, ½ teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon Bragg's apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt
For guacamole:
First peel and mash avocados with a fork in a large bowl. Then whisk together with chopped garlic cloves, fresh squeezed lime juice, chopped cilantro, tomatoes. and salt.
2 avocados, 2 large garlic cloves, juice from half of a lime, 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves, diced tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
For each bowl:
Spoon a quarter of the spicy beef into each bowl. Then, add 2 tablespoons of guacamole, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup sprouts, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons of salsa to each bowl. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
