    I do not have a gluten allergy, but I am hearing more and more about why gluten is not good for you. I look forward to your recipes.

    Great site – I will pass this on to my sister in law as she is gluten intolerant and has been diagnosed with the allergy for about 15 years now – Hopefully she can find some new things to try.

    Seafood and sea kelp is a good source of iodine which is a
    very essential requirement for O type people as these people tend to suffer from a sluggish metabolism and low
    thyroid. Take a step in the direction of health by making the
    selfless and selfish choice to go vegan. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have a microwave.
