Here’s my review of Feel Good Foods’ Gluten-Free Chicken Dumplings, an ideal lunch option. My kids adore them—they taste just like authentic Chinese wontons.
Gluten Free Chicken Dumplings are from Feel Good Foods.
They use antibiotic free and hormone free chicken, no GMO, no MSG, no preservatives and no artificial flavors.
Now, I like that.
So I’m including this in my collection of reviews of products and services perfect for a gluten-free and wellness-focused life.
Chicken dumplings are perfect for a complete lunch and children love them. They are reminiscent of Asian wontons, but the best thing about these is: they are gluten free.
I suppose they would be delicious in my chicken soup recipe, but I haven’t had the chance yet to try them that way because they disappear so fast every time I make them.
(They are simple enough for the children to make on their own, as well.)
Gluten Free Chicken Dumplings easy to follow directions:
- Add 1 cup of water and 1 tblsp oil to a non-stick pan
- Bring water to a boil, place dumplings in flat side down.
- Cover and reduce to medium heat until water completely evaporates and dumplings brown on the bottom
- Total cooking time 12- 14 minutes
They’re so easy to make and you can trust Feel Good Foods for wholesome ingredients. I always keep a box in the freezer.
Also, I want to note that I did not receive any compensation from Feel Good Foods for writing this review. These opinions are completely my own — I just had to share this wonderful product with you.

I don’t have a favorite prepared frozen food. We tend to only keep meat, ice cream/frozen yogurt or vegetables and seafood in the freezer. However, I love frozen pizza…the kind!!!

Yes, frozen pizza. We always have plenty of glutino duo cheese pizza in the freezer.
