Skillet Beef And Gluten Free Noodles (Fast And Easy Meal)

Jump to Recipe - Print Recipe

Skillet beef and gluten free noodles only takes twenty minutes to make. You’ll love this easy meal.

Skillet Beef and Gluten Free Noodles

Indeed, skillet beef and gluten free noodles is an instant favorite with kids (and grownups will love it too).

It works best with elbow pasta. I recommend SamMills Gluten Free corn pasta, as it maintains its texture and tastes almost like wheat pasta.

Got 20 minutes? Let’s make skillet beef and gluten free noodles.

Instructions

*Free printable recipe card is available at the end of the post.

Season beef with minced onion and salt and brown in a skillet. Then drain the fat.

Stir gluten free gravy mix and bouillon cubes in three cups of cold water; then add to the same skillet. Continuously stir over medium-high heat to thicken the gravy (the bouillon will not dissolve completely until it’s hot).

Meanwhile, prepare your pasta a la dente according to package directions.

Finally combine the noodles with your cooked meat and heat through while the elbows absorb the gravy. And that’s it. An easy delicious meal.

Pro tips and recipe notes

  • I use a combination of gravy mix and bouillon cubes for the gravy in this recipe. You can use gluten free all purpose flour dissolved in any type of gluten free broth if you prefer.
  • If beef isn’t your thing, you can substitute ground turkey, ground chicken, ground pork, ground sausage, or ground lamb.

For a healthy twist, you can serve on a bed of lettuce.

This meal is so good, it has a nickname. We’ve dubbed this recipe “elbows & meat.” Bon appetit!

I gave up taking in anything with gluten in it years ago and weight fell off as well as the mysterious pain in your body disappeared. If my group is ‘bad” and indulge inside a slice of pizza or pasta i endure a gluten hangover the examples below day. I think the obesity epidemic in the states could perhaps be managed if these people stopped eating gluten!
