My youngest daughter learned within the past couple of years that she has gluten sensitivity and had to learn this whole new way of eating. She and my oldest daughter also learned there are potential connections between gluten sensitivity and asthma, as well as thyroid conditions (both of which I have), so they have been encouraging me to consider the GF lifestyle as well.

There are many options for gluten free ingredients nowadays. You may have a look at my Favorite Product list that my family has taste tested and approved. 🙂

Yes it’s more than gluten, all these autoimmune issues are related to leaky gut & damaged gut flora. Gluten & casein are problematic proteins for prime with damaged guts. Good news GAPS diet can heal these disorders. And Autism & many other neurological disorders.
I had Lupus with a lot of problems which went away after just a few weeks on GAPS diet. Just going gluten free won’t necessarily help. I had to eliminate all sugar, starch & grains including gluten free grains & supplement with many strong pro biotics & ferments. And lots of homemade broth. After a few weeks I was healthier than ever before in my life. After years of chronic illness this was such an easy & worthwhile experiment to try. It gave me my life back!

Yes, thanks, Avi. So glad that you have been able to heal.

Not gluten free at our household, but this is an excellent idea. Not only are you prepared ahead of time, but it will also save money by not having to run to the store at the last minute each day.

Who doesn’t want to save money and time? Right? Thanks, Mary!
