How to make gluten free meatloaf

*Free printable recipe card is available at the end of the post.

Ready to make delicious gluten-free meatloaf? Here we go.

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and chopped onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Then add your beaten egg to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly.

Pro Tips / Recipe Notes

  • I recommend using this type of broiler pan with a grid top. Line the bottom drip pan of the broiler pan with foil.
  • Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the slotted upper part of the broiler pan. This will allow the fat to drain into the bottom drip pan.

Pop your meatloaf in the oven. About 15 minutes before it’s done, take the meatloaf out of the oven and brush ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Finally, put your meatloaf back in the oven so the ketchup will form a nice glaze.

And that’s it. Perfect meatloaf every time. Now be sure to let the meatloaf sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

You’re going to love this wonderful no-fail gluten-free meatloaf. It’s delicious with homemade mashed potatoes, and best of all it’s gluten-free.

This looks delicious! We are gluten free in our house and I often cook with ground beef, so I’ll definitely give this a go. It looks like a great mid-week dinner. Thanks for sharing

You’re welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. Sometimes folks will add their favorite chopped veggies to their meatloaf (my clan just doesn’t prefer it that way) but you could give it a whirl.
